How do I print and assemble the envelope?
Print at 100% scale on A4 or US Letter. Cut the solid outline and fold the dashed lines. Fold the letter into thirds, then in half. Fold the side flaps inward, glue the bottom flap over them, insert the letter, and close the top flap. A grown-up should cut and glue.
